Vault @ 237 is a Prohibition-themed restaurant and bar celebrating Buffalo’s rich and energetic history from the roaring 1920s. Located in the heart of Buffalo’s Central Business District, adjacent to Sahlen Field, Seneca One, Key Bank Arena and Canalside, Vault @ 237 is housed in the lower level of the historic Marin Building, designed in 1912 by E. B. Green and William Wicks for the Maine National Bank of Buffalo. The restaurant and its private dining spaces are a contemporary reuse of the bank’s historic Trust Department, safe deposit boxes and iconic vault.
Our attentive and knowledgeable service team is committed to delivering welcoming, satisfying, and enjoyable experiences for all our guests. Prohibition themed bartenders mix period cocktails, top-shelf and local spirits, and offer a full selection of local & regional beers and fine wine. Our bar setting is comfortable and energetic and showcases Prohibition-era jazz.
We also offer private and group dining areas, located in the Vault and former Trust Department, for celebrations with family and friends, business meetings, small cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners or after parties as part of larger celebrations at our sister venue, the Admiral Room at the Marin.
Experience elevated food, well-mixed drinks, attentive service, and good friends at Vault @ 237. Our dress code is casual, so come as you are, but reservations are always strongly encouraged.
